How do we live well in troubled bodies and times?
I bring together embodiment and creativity in healing, from a place of finding safety in the body and nervous system. I am a therapist, facilitator, writer and poet, always moving towards integrating all these threads in my own life and in what I offer.
Through in-person and online facilitation, in groups and one-to-one, I seek to support and accompany you; whether that be making sense of a chronic health condition, exploring your experience through images and words, learning how your nervous system is at its most resilient, or thinking about how to hold groups in a way that best supports the nervous systems of others.
My own creativity is very important to me, and I hope that sharing my writing can inspire and support others in turn.

Living Well, Unwell
How do we live, with ongoing conditions and illnesses? What do we do, when we have symptoms that just don’t go away? What does it mean to be healed, if we are not cured? What does it mean to be whole, if we are not well? What does it mean to be embodied when our bodies are places of pain? And how do we accept ourselves, exactly how and where we are, while still holding open the possibility of change? Learning to live with these questions, to journey without knowing the outcome, and to keep company with others on the same path – this is Living Well, Unwell.
